Violin and Viola

Eli Pouliot is a classical violinist studying at the University of Colorado, Boulder with Alex Gonzalez. He started studying violin in 4th grade and has a great love for chamber music, ensemble playing, and improvisation. Eli grew up in Golden and has studied with Laura Barnette, Annie Barnette, Margaret Guttierez, and Claude Sim. He completed Suzuki ECC training with Zachary Sweet and studied pedagogy with Danielle Johnson. Eli has performed in Pendulum New Music, the Gardetto Quintet, Colorado MahlerFest, and with local worship bands. Outside of music, Eli enjoys hiking, reading, and learning languages.
